Vanes set between translucent sheers bestow the pricacy of soft draperies in Luminette Privacy Sheers. Crisp fabric vanes rotate for privacy while completely controlling the light in a room. Perfect for large windows and sliding glass dorrs, face fabrics are also available for coordinated overtreatments and decorative room accessories.
OPERATING SYSTEMS
The Combination Wand/Cord or Traveling Wand are offered for manual operation of the SofTrak hardware system.
For motorized operation, PowerGlide 2.1 with Platinum Technology offers state-of-the-art remote control operation and easy integration with home automation systems. Offered with the SofTrak hardware system only.
The Manhattan Decorative Hardware system is available with the Combination Wand/Cord only.

The Luminette® brand offers two dramatic ways to cover wide expanses — sheers and draperies. Luminette Privacy Sheers provide the widest range of light control possible, with a sheer face fabric to let light in and attached soft fabric vanes that rotate to keep light out. Luminette Modern Draperies feature beautiful woven face fabrics that offer the look and function of traditional draperies while making a modern design statement.
HARDWARE SYSTEMS
The exclusive SofTrak Hardware System is easy to operate, with proven reliability. When the sheer or drapery is drawn closed, the SofTrak components are concealed by the fabric. Our Manhattan Decorative Hardware System features decorative drapery rails and finials for a sophisticated look.
PANEL CONFIGURATIONS
The Traditional Panel design features contoured columns with vanes attached. Available in Privacy Sheers and Modern Draperies fabrics in both hardware systems.
The Ribbon Panel design features seamless rippled fabric without vanes. Available exclusively with the Manhattan Decorative Hardware system in the Full Panel option.
FULL PANEL OR DUAL PANEL OPTIONS
The Full Panel Privacy Sheers and Modern Draperies option covers window or door expanses with a single fabric, either sheer or drapery. Available in side stack or split stack applications.
The Dual Panel option combines Privacy Sheers and Modern Draperies on a single headrail. The draperies serve as tilt-only side panels that frame a fully functional sheer. Available in side stack, split stack and offset stack applications.
COORDINATION PROGRAMS
Counterparts The Whole House Solution is a quick and easy coordination program for all Hunter Douglas premium “Ette” products. In addition to the Luminette brand, the program includes Silhouette® and Pirouette® window shadings, Duette® honeycomb shades and Vignette® Modern Roman Shades.
Counterparts Refined offers superior color coordination between Luminette sheers or draperies, Silhouette and Pirouette window shadings, or Vignette Modern Roman Shades. Available in select fabrics and colors.
