More and more todays clients are looking for a softer look on their windows. These fabrics achieve just that— softness and elegance. We even like to use the term “organic”. Casual fabrics no longer have to be used in the less formal rooms. We see clients blending nubby linen drapery with formal furniture and accessories; creating a “transitional” look and even softening a formal room. Try adding trim or gimp to these fabrics to “kick it up a notch”. Make them “flowy” by not lining them, or line and interline them to achieve fullness and warmth.
